The final week was all about deployment and showcasing the work I had spent months developing. With everything in place—the model, app, and Firebase integration—I was ready for the final demo. This was the moment I’d been working toward, where I could show the entire flow from start to finish.
I began by demonstrating how users interact with the app. I uploaded a test video, processed it using the trained YOLOv8 model, and displayed the results on the app interface. I explained how the app stores these results in Firebase and how users can access their previous analyses anytime. The demonstration was smooth, and I was pleased with how well everything was working.
For the presentation, I also focused on explaining the backend. I showed how the model was trained using Google Colab and Roboflow, and how the real-time data storage system was handled via Firebase. I made sure to emphasize how all these components came together to form a cohesive solution that could help players analyze their ball performance.
Finally, I wrapped up the week by creating a final deployment version of the app. By the end of the week, the project was complete, and I felt proud of the work I had accomplished.
This week not only marked the end of my development but also the start of sharing the results. Seeing the project fully realized was an immensely satisfying experience, and I’m excited to continue improving it based on real-world feedback.
